For prices of all items shown on the website please email through the contact page. Trade enquires are welcome. Commissions will be priced accordingly, please enquire.

Delivery
All products are hand made to order by Claire Lowe. We aim to despatch within 14 working days on receipt of your order. All pieces will be posted using Royal Mail Special Delivery. Postal arrangements can be made for overseas customers.

Returns
No refunds will be given except in the case of faulty products. Please note that all pieces are handmade so slight variations from the pictures are to be expected, each piece is therefore unique. Any faults with goods must be reported within 7 days, all reported faults must be returned to us with original packaging so that an assesment can be made and a replacement products issued. 

Ordering
Once you have chosen a piece of jewellery send an email through the contact page with details of your address and the product you wish to purchase, we will then email you our postal address for you to send payment. You will then recieve an email confirming when the item has been dispatched.
